Payments Acceptance Policy
At MaaLove, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers. Please read our Payments Acceptance Policy to understand the payment methods and terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, and Maestro cards are accepted.
- Net Banking: Supported for all major Indian banks.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.
- Wallet Payments: Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and Amazon Pay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes. A small handling fee may apply.
- EMI Options: For select bank credit cards, subject to eligibility.
- International Payments: Accepted in INR only.
2. Secure Payment Gateway
- All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that complies with RBI and PCI DSS guidelines.
- We do not store your card details on our servers.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, an order confirmation is sent via email or SMS.
- If payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
4. Payment Issues
- For issues like double deductions or failed transactions, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
5. Terms for Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery via cash or UPI (if supported).
- COD may not be available for orders above ₹[Amount Limit] or specific categories.
6. Refunds for Payment Failures
- In case of cancellation after failed payments with debited amounts, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Tax Invoicing
- All transactions include applicable taxes. GST invoices can be downloaded from your dashboard or requested via email.
8. Fraud Prevention
- We may verify orders via phone or email to prevent fraud.
- Suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded after verification.
