Payments Acceptance Policy
At MaaLove, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers. Please read our Payments Acceptance Policy to understand the payment methods and terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, and Maestro cards are accepted.
- Net Banking: Payments via net banking are supported for all major Indian banks.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Transactions through UPI platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM are accepted.
- Wallet Payments: Payments through popular digital wallets such as Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and Amazon Pay are supported.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes across India. A minimal handling fee may be charged for this service (if applicable).
- EMI Options: Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) options are available for credit card holders from select banks, subject to eligibility.
- International Payments: Payments from international credit/debit cards are accepted in INR only.
2. Secure Payment Gateway
- All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that complies with the RBI and PCI DSS guidelines to ensure the highest level of security.
- We do not store your card details on our servers to maintain data privacy.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
- If the payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Payment Issues
- In case of any payment-related issues, such as double deductions or transaction failures, please contact our customer support team at [email/contact number] with your transaction ID and details.
5. Terms for Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery in cash or via UPI (if the delivery agent supports digital payments).
- COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹[Amount Limit] or for specific product categories.
6. Refunds for Payment Failures
- If an order is cancelled due to a payment failure but the amount is debited, it will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Tax Invoicing
- All transactions include applicable taxes, which will be mentioned in your invoice. GST invoices can be downloaded from your account dashboard or requested via email.
8. Fraud Prevention
- To prevent fraudulent activities, we may verify your order via phone or email in certain cases.
- Orders flagged as suspicious will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded after verification.
