Cancellation and Return Policy

At MaaLove, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and satisfactory. Please read our Cancellation and Returns Policy to understand how we handle these requests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [email/contact number]. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product if the order is damaged in transit.
  • Order Cancellation by MaaLove: We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:
    • Non-availability of the product.
    • Payment issues or incomplete information provided by the customer.
    In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Transit Damage: In rare cases, the product may be damaged during transit. If the order is received damaged, please follow the instructions below:
    • Opening Video is a Must: Please record a video of opening the parcel and show the item clearly. If the item is found damaged, we will replace it immediately. Without the opening video, we will be unable to assist you. Kindly mail it to [email protected] with the opening video attached.

2. Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted if:
    • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The product is expired or tampered with.
  • Conditions for Returns: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personal hygiene products (diapers, wipes, creams) are non-returnable unless defective. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
  • Transit Damage: In case of transit damage, please follow the instructions provided in the "Transit Damage" section under Cancellation Policy.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for the return. Please ensure you follow the "Opening Video" instructions.
  • Approval and Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup at your address. Alternatively, you may ship the product to our return address at your cost (reimbursed in case of genuine defects).
  • Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated after successful inspection.
  • Transit Damage: Please follow the instructions from the "Transit Damage" section as mentioned earlier.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancellations or returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product if the size or variant is incorrect, subject to availability.
