At MaaLove, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent refund process for all eligible transactions. Please read our Refund Policy to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • An incorrect product was delivered to you.
  • The product received was expired or tampered with.
  • You cancelled your order before it was shipped.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Items that are marked as "Non-Refundable" or "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for a refund.
  • Transit Damage: If the product is damaged during transit, please follow the instructions below:
    • Opening Video is a Must: Please record a video of opening the parcel and show the item clearly. If found damaged, we will replace it immediately. Without the opening video, we will be unable to assist you. Kindly mail it to [email protected] with the opening video attached.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personal hygiene products such as diapers, wipes, and creams are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Products with evident signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Request a Refund: Contact our customer support team at [email/contact number] with your order ID and details of your issue. Attach relevant photos if applicable. Please ensure to follow the "Opening Video" instructions.
  • Approval Process: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address or ask you to send it to our return address. Shipping costs will be reimbursed in the case of defective or incorrect products.
  • Quality Inspection: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Initiation: Refunds will be processed once the product passes the inspection.

5. Refund Timeline

  • For Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credits, as per your preference. Please provide your bank details for the transfer.
  • Refund Processing Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays in refund processing due to bank-related issues. If your refund is not reflected after the specified timeline, please contact our customer support team.

6. Shipping and Handling Charges

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
