  • We deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
  • Remote and rural areas may have limited delivery options. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on the location).
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations at an additional cost).
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as distance, weather conditions, and courier service constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹[amount].
  • Standard Shipping Charges: ₹[amount] for orders below ₹[amount].
  • Express Delivery Charges: ₹[amount], applicable for expedited shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, along with a link to track your order in real time.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a reshipping fee may apply.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items:

  • Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos of the damaged package or products for verification.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our evaluation.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be marked as undeliverable if:

  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts.
  • The order is refused by the recipient.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

9. International Shipping
