- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Custom or pre-order items may take longer, which will be communicated during purchase.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (location dependent).
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations at extra cost).
- Timelines may vary due to distance, weather, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹[amount].

5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts.
- If delivery fails, the package is returned to our warehouse and reshipping fees may apply.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure someone is available to receive and pay.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order is damaged or has missing items:
- Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged package/items for verification.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after evaluation.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Orders may be marked undeliverable if:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable during delivery.
- The order is refused by the recipient.
The shipping fee is non-refundable for returned undeliverable orders.
