1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team at [email/contact number].
- Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible. However, returns can be initiated if the product is damaged in transit.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Non-availability of the product.
- Payment issues or incomplete customer information.
- A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method in such cases.

Transit Damage
- Although rare, if your order is damaged during transit:
- Opening video is mandatory — Record the unboxing clearly showing the item. If found damaged, we’ll replace it immediately.
- Without an opening video, we cannot assist. Please email [email protected] with the video attached.
2. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective on delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired or tampered with.

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene products like diapers, wipes, or creams — unless defective.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Transit Damage:
- Record an opening video of the parcel showing the damaged product.

3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return:

- Opening video is required to claim any damage.
- Approval and Pickup:
- Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or ask you to send the product. Shipping cost is reimbursed in genuine defect cases.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Product is inspected within 3–5 business days. Refund or replacement is issued only after inspection approval.
- Transit Damage:
- Opening video is mandatory for transit damage claims.

4. Refund Policy
- Refund Timeline:
- Processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for wrong or defective deliveries.
